1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • The item delivered was incorrect (different from what you ordered)
  • The product was expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (such as photos or videos).

2. How to Request a Return

If your order meets the return conditions:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Attach photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable).
  4. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue your refund through bank transfer or store credit.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer, you can exchange the item (instead of a refund) for another product of equal value.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.
